Benno’s journey into music was somewhat inevitable. Moving to Tenerife when he was 6, he spent many years around music, equipment and radio studios, due to his dad’s (Adi B) involvement in the industry.

Once it became obvious that his love of music and DJ’ing was more than a hobby, a home studio was set up, where he honed his style of mixing old school with the new music coming out, with DJs such as Michael Bibby his inspirations. He completed an online degree in music production and at the age of 17 started picking up occasional gigs in bars on the Veronica’s strip, allowing him to obtain experience with a live audience.

Short of a DJ one night, Pasha asked him to play in Joyce’s Bar, suitably impressed he offered him the residency, making him the youngest resident DJ on the strip, a position he still holds now.

This has led to him playing several events in Tenerife and for the last two years also being the resident DJ for Tenerife Boat Parties. Benno is now starting his radio career and has already been lucky enough to have played a few shows on Centreforce 883.
