Music has been in my blood from a young age—singing, writing, and shaping tracks that changed the way people listen. Back in the early ‘80s, I was part of Smarty Cains Psychedelic Soul Sound, and in 1986, I was introduced to Funkadelic Soul Sound by the late, great George Small, the mastermind behind the movement.

In 1989, I joined Centreforce Radio 88.3FM, hosting shows, creating jingles, and producing ads. While Centreforce was all about house music at the time, I made history by introducing its very first soul show—The Soul Hours, every Sunday from 2–4 PM.

After some time away (including a few years at that legendary spa retreat on the Caledonian Road), I returned to the airwaves in 2020 with Funky M Silent Partners for two years. Now, I host alongside DJ Albert Redding on Sunday mornings from 11 AM to 1 PM, and you can also catch me with the original DJ Seeker on Saturday nights Bi-Weekly from 8–10 PM. The journey continues—now and into the future Centreforce.
